Sexually Speaking: 5-Week Series
The next series runs on Thursdays: September 7, 14, 21, 28 & October 3
This small-group workshop is designed to support survivors of sexual assault and individuals who struggle with feelings of shame, guilt, or fear around sex. It aims to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore their sexuality, learn coping skills, and connect with others who have had similar experiences.
Using discussion, interactive exercises, creative activities, and guided meditations, Sexually Speaking explores:
consent
boundaries
communication
pleasure
sexual health
intimacy
self-care
We will also work on building self-esteem and self-confidence to help participants feel empowered in their sexual experiences.
While the topic of sexual assault is a serious and important issue, our class is also designed to be fun and enjoyable. We believe that laughter and humor can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. Therefore, we encourage a relaxed and playful atmosphere where participants can feel comfortable expressing themselves and enjoying the process.
This series registration fee operates on a sliding scale. Choose $50 (Reduced), $75 (Standard), or $100 (Supporter) based on your budget.
Due to our small class sizes, you must pre-register to reserve your spot. If the registration fee is a barrier to your attendance, please email us.
We have 8 spots left.

About the Instructor
Erin DeSantis (500 hour E-RYT)
I began my journey on the mat 7 years ago, after my first class I knew yoga was a practice I would hold dear for the rest of my life. Having felt such a healing quality through yoga, I became a yoga teacher to pass on that peace to others. Always teaching with an open mind and heart, my classes center on the breath, finding ease within and appreciating where you’re at in the present moment.
I am a 500 hour registered trauma conscious yoga instructor, a reiki master teacher trainer and a meditation guide. My dharma is serving those in recovery and people with post-traumatic stress disorder. I use pranayama and other wellness practices everyday with the people I serve as a librarian. Currently I am working on an iRest Meditation certification.
Through yoga a person has every opportunity to come home to themselves, to truly arrive within. As a yoga teacher, it’s my greatest accomplishment to help others on their journey making it all the more possible to realize the power of yoga and the fact that we have everything already inside that we could ever possibly need. One of my main desires for my students is to “Be free and freely breathe” on and off the mat.
