Sexually Speaking

Through discussion and interactive exercises, we explore topics such as consent, boundaries, communication, vulnerability, intimacy, desire, pleasure, self-esteem, and self-confidence. The group also provides sex-positive sex education that’s fun and enjoyable… which may feel like a contradiction to many of us! The goal is to help participants feel empowered in their own sexuality and sexual experiences. We believe that laughter and humor can be powerful tools for healing and growth; therefore, we encourage a relaxed and playful atmosphere where participants can feel comfortable expressing themselves and enjoying the process.

As with all our programs, Sexually Speaking is trauma-informed and supportive of all survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, trafficking, and religion-based shaming. Come as you are; this group is for you.

Requires a membership. Contact Lindsey for a consultation.

Writing Reconnection

Painful or traumatic life experiences can often leave us speechlesswe’re not sure how to tell our stories, or even feel like we have words for what has happened. Sometimes our words have been taken from us by shame or forced silence. We can feel separated from our language, our memories, and from ourselves. This creative writing group provides a safe, judgment-free, open space to explore our own language and reclaim our voices. Through this process, we can reconnect with our embodied experiences, the power of our own words, and our senses of self.

You are welcome to bring your own journal or one will be provided. You will not be required to share your work out loud.

Nourish to Flourish

Nourish to Flourish is a community support group focusing on strengthening one’s relationship with their personal health and well-being. Our whole-person approach takes into consideration everything that falls under the vast umbrella that is Wellness: Nutritional, Physical, Mental, and Emotional Health. Our goal is that this group will become a space where you feel comfortable sharing the highs and lows of your journey, knowing that there are like-minded individuals walking alongside you, ready to share their own real-life experiences and provide support.

Classes are $20 per visit, or you can purchase a class pass. You must RSVP ahead of time by purchasing a pass or contacting Lindsey through the private Band group.

Nourish to Flourish is NOT a weight-loss group. There are plenty of communities where that is the focus, and we are not one of them. This is also not an eating disorder or Eaters Anonymous support group. These are groups that offer a very specific network of medical assistance that is above what we can provide. Nourish to Flourish is not a replacement for or a place to receive medical advice. Always reach out to a medical professional if that's the kind of support you're looking for.

Nourish to Flourish
