Each week, we focus on enhancing the relationship you have with yourself through 40 minutes of physical strength-training activities followed by 20 minutes of mental empowerment activities, including journaling, meditation, and group discussion. The relationship you have with yourself is a lifelong journey in which you are constantly presented with the opportunity to evolve and fortify your self-bond.
