Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation through guided meditation. Through the practice, each person has the ability to enter a state of self-healing, rest, and awakened awareness. Some benefits: relieves stress and tension, helps with anxiety and depression, allows for deep rest. (This hour practice is comparable to 3 hours of deep sleep.) Anyone can do it; practicing in a group enhances and deepens this healing experience. Registration: $15
