Join Lindsey every morning, Monday through Friday, from the comfort of your own space. Her Breakout Yoga practice works to break down the walls between your body and your own mind. Whatever you’re carrying or holding in, whatever your mind is blocking, take this 45 minutes for yourself to break out of whatever is holding you back. Each week will have an empowerment-theme focus to help guide your positive intention setting and start your day strong.
