Week 2: Exploring how the words we use (both to ourselves and to others) impact our ability to take up space in the world
Week 3: Setting boundaries
Week 4: Designing a realistic self-care plan to support our well-being and resilience
Week 5: Owning our own stories and writing the next chapter(s)
