Your body does so much for you every day. But how much time have you spent criticizing or even hating your body for the things it can’t do, for the way it looks, or for what it’s been through? In this class, we will use gentle stretching and strengthening movements, mindful breathing, and affirmations to engage in a grateful conversation with our bodies, these bodies that have carried us through all paths in life. Consider this time a one-on-one conversation between your mind and body.
