Two gal pals—one personal trainer and one life coach—will lead this series designed to strengthen your body and the relationship you have with yourself.
Part of thriving evolves from owning both your physical and mental strengths. Each hour-long session in the series combines two goals:
Increasing your physical strength and endurance through movement. You’ll use 40 minutes each session to move your body in ways that are both playful and powerful.
Increasing your mental strength and endurance through reflection and goal-setting. You’ll take 20 minutes each session for journaling, guided activities, and discussion to help (re)discover who you are, what you want, what you seek, and what you’ll accept.
Due to space limitations, you must pre-register for this series. Our registration fee operates on a sliding scale. Choose $75, $120, or $165 based on your budget.
